Absolute Electrical is primarily a residential and commercial electrical service company handling small to medium size additions, new construction build-outs, remodels and tenant improvements.

Who We Are?
Owner Dave Harmon, started in the electrical field in the summer of 1997 entering into the union electrician’s apprenticeship. Prior to that he was a team leader at the Pepsi-Cola plant in Hayward where he led a team of 4 to 5 order pickers on the night shift.As an electrician apprentice, Dave worked on everything from new residential housing to commercial tenant improvements to multi-million dollar commercial clean rooms during the dot-com era. Having a vast variety in many types of electrical construction he completed the 5 year apprenticeship with perfect attendance and went on to work as a service electrician driving and operating a service van. He also worked as a journeyman and foreman for a few mid to large size signatory contractors.
Finally, realizing that the next step was to start Absolute Electrical where he could fully create the type of company and work environment that suited his needs and abilities, Dave started Absolute Electrical in 2005. Determined to deliver a union quality product to his customers at an affordable price.
